The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, delivery time is after dispatch date. During busier periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Your parcel will be accepted by customs, from there they will process the parcel as pass it on to the delivery courier. Unfortunately, we have no control over custom's processing times and because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery within the times estimated above.
Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, FLEXXFIT has no control of these charges, and we are not responsible for the charges, they must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Details:
If you have provided incorrect shipping details, FLEXXFIT (we) are unable to alter the details once the order is place. You'll be responsible to redirect the parcel to your correct address. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due an incorrect address.
