Returning an Item

We understand that you might change your mind about an item or it just might not fit, so we’ve created an easy process for you to return your order. Click here to follow the return process.

We're unable to process exchanges, please only select refund. Please place another order if your wish to receive another size or colour.

Email us at info@flexxfit.co.uk with your order number if you have any questions!

Please note: Returned items which have any marks/stains on them (including deodorant marks) will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned back to the original shipping address.

Things to Keep in Mind:

Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return to receive a refund. 

Note: we’re unable to offer exchanges at the moment, so please do not select the “exchange” option through your return process. If you do, we will issue a refund providing that the return is deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. If the item is returned in an unsaleable condition or with tags removed then we may withhold your refund and ship the item(s) back to you.

It is essential that you package the item(s) in their original packing with all tags attached. Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items covered in animal and or human hair will not be accepted. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with no prominent smells, blemishes, stains, tears/rips or signs of wear, unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. If the returned items fail this test, they will be returned back to you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

You would be responsible for paying the shipping fee for returning the item(s) and ensuring their arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable. FLEXXFIT will not take responsibility if the item(s) have not been received, so please consider using a trackable delivery service to ensure the arrival of your order.

    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    • If you wish to swap an item, please return your original order, and place a new order online.

    Shipping

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Returning item(s) is the customer’s responsibility up until FLEXXFIT has acknowledged that the package has been received.

    • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Faulty Items

    If you have received a faulty item, please email us at info@flexxfit.co.uk with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Which item is damaged
    • Photographic evidence: This is essential to resolve the issue
    • Details of the fault

    Submissions for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 working days of the arrival date. Proof of fault needs to be been approved by a member of the FLEXXFIT team, otherwise we cannot process a refund or exchange.
