Returning an Item
We understand that you might change your mind about an item or it just might not fit, so we’ve created an easy three-step process for you to return your order:
- Contact us via our Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you want to return an item include: your order number and a reason for return.
- We will email you back with a return form (please check your junk mail)
- Fill it in, include it in the order and send it back - easy!
Bundle: If you wish to return an item from a bundle, and keep the remaining items, you will be charged for the full cost of the kept items, and refunded the difference.
For example, if you purchase leggings, bra and hoodie in a bundle (£76.5) and keep the bra (£25), you will be charged for the full price of the bra and refunded the difference from what you paid (£51.50).
Things to Keep in Mind:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We can offer a credit note.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for returning the item(s) and ensuring their arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable. FLEXXFIT will not take responsibility if the item(s) have not been received, so please consider using a trackable delivery service to ensure the arrival of your order.
It is essential that the customer packages the item(s) in their original packing with all tags attached - just as the item(s) was received.
We'll notify you by email once the return has been processed, which could take up to 3 working days.

Full Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items covered in animal and or human hair will not be accepted. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with no prominent smells, blemishes or signs of wear - if the returned item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.
Item(s) must be sent back with a return/exchange form including your order information and details required on the form. Without the returns form, we cannot correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact via our Contact Us page.
- Sample items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order, and place a new order online.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning item(s) is the customer’s responsibility up until FLEXXFIT has acknowledged that the package has been received.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty ItemsIf you have received a faulty item, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- Photographic evidence: This is essential to resolve the issue
- Details of the fault
Submissions for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 working days of the arrival date. Proof of fault needs to be been approved by a member of the FLEXXFIT team, otherwise we cannot process a refund or exchange.
