This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.flexxfit.co.uk (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- We use Facebook Pixel analytics tools on our Site. These tools automatically collect information about you when you click on one of our ads displayed on Facebook or any other participating ad networks. This is called a “conversion”.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal email address), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.


Disclosure of your information to third parties
Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc (“Shopify”). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We may share your personal information with:
MailerLite in order to manage email marketing lists and to send marketing emails to you.

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

We may share your personal information with our business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to enable us to carry out any contract we enter into with you.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We also use the above data to give you what you want, let you see our fab new products and if there are any hot promotions on at the moment.  We only want to provide the best user experience for our customers.

Social Media
We love to see what our FLEXXFIT customers are wearing and keep in contact with you guys! We recognise that social media offers a platform for our company to perform marketing, stay connected with customers and build our profile online.
If you interact with us on social media, you are consenting and allowing us to interact with you. An interaction can be defined as liking or following our social media accounts, commenting or tagging us in photos or post and sharing our content via liking or retweeting. From this interaction, we may collect data that will help enhance your experience with us in the future.
If you tag us in a photograph that we love, we may share it across our social media accounts. By interacting with us, you are consenting that we can use images or comments royalty free without limitation. If you are unhappy with us sharing your comments or images, please do let us know and we will stop.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
