Orders 
I have not received my confirmation email
You should receive your order confirmation email within the hour after the order was placed. Please check your junk mail and spam folder in case the email went directly there.

You can also search your email for FLEXXFIT, info@flexxfit.co.uk or “Your order from FLEXXFIT has reached the warehouse”.

I entered the wrong address/Can I change my delivery address?
If you have provided incorrect shipping details, FLEXXFIT (we) are unable to alter the details once the order is place. You'll be responsible to redirect the parcel to your correct address. FLEXXFIT (we) cannot be held responsible for lost items due an incorrect address.

Please check your address before completing your order. As your order will be delivered to the address you entered at checkout. |f your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will automatically be refunded.

Can I change my order?
For efficiency, all order details are sent to the warehouse once the order has been placed. At that point, we cannot make amendments to the order by adding or removing an item.

My card keeps getting declined! Help!
If this does happen, it would be best to contact your bank to advise them that you are trying to make this payment. Alternatively, if you’re using WiFi to make a purchase try using your mobile data as this sometimes works, or vice versa.

Shipping
We aim to ship within one working day after the order is placed. Please note, dispatching may take a little longer on launch days.

Returns
My clothes don't fit, can I return them?
Yes you can! You have 14 days from the delivery date to make an online request to return an item. Click here for further details.
